MIAMI & DETROIT, August 2024 — Praetorian Global, Inc. (“Praetorian”), a leading brand owner and intellectual property provider to the global cannabis and hemp industry, and Pleasantrees, Michigan’s premier vertically integrated cannabis cultivator and retailer, today announced they have entered into a definitive licensing agreement to produce and sell binske products throughout Michigan beginning later this year.

binske has pioneered the premium medical and recreational markets in the United States and beyond through its meticulous focus on brand and product standards, quality, and consistency. Championedfor its proprietary strains, diverse product portfolio and best-in-class packaging, binske offers luxury, artisan-quality cannabis products using purposefully sourced ingredients.

“Pleasantrees is a market leader and the only logical choice to broaden binske’s reach and take the brand to the next level in the Michigan market,” said Michael Evans, Praetorian’s VP of Operations. “Not only are their cultivation and manufacturing operations meticulous and efficient, the Pleasantrees team’s go-to-market strategy, which runs in parallel with our own, makes this partnership a perfect match in the state,” continued Evans. “I couldn’t be more excited to begin working with this team.”

binske is an award-winning and globally recognized cannabis brand bringing its artisanal offerings and “For Higher Living” values to eight markets across the U.S., including Michigan, with more on the way. “Partnering with binske is an extraordinary opportunity for us,” said Matthew Skarb, COO at Pleasantrees. “Finding a company that matches our dedication to excellence and ethical practices is rare in this space. Together, we are excited to push the boundaries of quality and innovation even further.”

binske products will return to Michigan in late 2024 beginning with edibles, concentrates and vapes, and with flower following suit.
