Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries are made from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday.

Beverage Orders

Shipping options and rates for beverage orders vary based on the total weight of your shipment and your delivery destination. Beverage orders are shipped via the most cost-effective carrier available, which may include DHL, FedEx, or USPS. Due to the weight and nature of beverage products, shipping costs are subject to change and expedited/overnight shipping options may not be available. Estimated transit times for beverage orders are 2 to 5 business days depending on your delivery location and the carrier assigned. The shipping options and rates for your beverage order will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally and are unable to fulfill international orders.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ecommerce@binske.com with your name and order number. We will promptly investigate your order.

Returns, Exchanges, Damaged or Defective Merchandise

In the event that we approve a return in accordance with our Return Policy, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
