Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your merchandise to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received unused in the original packaging and with labels attached. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy all of these requirements will not qualify for a refund. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ecommerce@binske.com. Please include your name, order number, a description of the merchandise you would like to return and the reason for the return.

If your merchandise qualifies for a return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether a refund is approved. Please note that it typically takes approximately 7 to 10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Depending on your financial institution, please allow additional time for the refund credit to be posted to your bank or credit card account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at ecommerce@binske.com.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please email us as soon as possible at ecommerce@binske.com with your name, order number, a description of the defective merchandise and a photo of the merchandise’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges

In order to process an exchange, all of the requirements contained in the return instructions above apply. If your merchandise qualifies for a return, please follow the return process described above. Once your return and refund is approved, you may place a separate order to purchase the merchandise you desire as an exchange.
